Installation of fully hydraulic drilling rigs
Full hydraulic drilling rig is a kind of drilling rig that uses hydraulic pressure to drive and control all the running parts. Nowadays, full hydraulic drilling rigs have been widely used in the world, and it is also the main direction of the development of new drilling rigs in China. The installation and fixing methods of full hydraulic drilling rigs generally include three methods: foundation, ground anchor, and pressure bump column. Next we will introduce these three methods:

Before fixing, the support situation of the construction site should be checked and reinforced, the site should be cleaned up, the bottom plate should be kept level, the back road should be kept free, the ventilation, drainage, air supply, water supply, power supply and other systems should be kept intact and complete, and the drilling opening height and left and right positions, drilling orientation, angle and other parameters should be determined before determining the fixing position of the drilling rig and fixing it.

When using ground anchors, we should accurately trace the size and position of the base anchor holes, then hit the anchor eye and install the anchor rods, the anchor rods use the full threaded anchor rods, the diameter is not less than 22mm, the length is not less than 1,500mm, and then lift the rig so that the base anchor holes are aligned with the anchor rods, and then slowly fall down, and use two nuts to screw tightly for each anchor rod. When the foundation is used, the depth of the foundation is not less than 1500mm, the length and width are determined according to the size of the base of the drilling rig, when pouring concrete, the anchor rods or bolts are pre-buried according to the size of the anchor holes of the base, then the drilling rig is lifted up, so that the anchor holes of the base are aligned with the anchor rods or bolts, and then slowly fall down, and two nuts are screwed on for every anchor rods or bolts.

When using compression and bumping columns, there are not less than four compression columns and not less than two bumping columns. And when internal and external injection type monolithic hydraulic pillars are used, they should be lifted tightly and pressed firmly; when wooden pillars are used, they should be tightened with wooden wedges.
