White smoke

Blue smoke

Blue smoke when starting cold: blue smoke when cold, disappear after warming up is normal, because there will be a small part of the engine oil invasion engine combustion chamber after shutdown.

Blue smoke continuously after starting:

1, The diesel filter is blocked, check whether the oil type is correct.

2, The engine piston ring and valve oil seal wear, resulting in oil into or exhaust pipe, resulting in excavator blue smoke failure.

3, The piston and the cylinder liner with too much clearance caused by blue smoke.

4, The oil is mixed with diesel, blue smoke is a feature of burning oil.

Black smoke

Black smoke is the external manifestation of inadequate combustion of fuel in the cylinder. Should start from three aspects.

1, Not enough air intake: check whether the intake valve clearance is within a reasonable range, valve clearance is not equal will cause insufficient intake pressure and volume; air filter is not blocked. Damage to the supercharger, resulting in insufficient intake pressure.

2, Poor quality of diesel fuel, diesel pumps and injectors wear.

3, Injector wear: too much fuel injection, resulting in inadequate combustion. You need to ask the service personnel to conduct an engine disconnection experiment to check whether it is due to injector wear.
