1、Bad lubrication

As the fit clearance of the newly assembled parts of the mining crawler truck is small, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the fit clearance under various operation methods and natural conditions, etc. The lubricating oil (grease) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface to stop wear. This reduces the lubrication efficiency and causes early abnormal wear of the machine parts. Seriously, it will cause the friction surface scratching or surface ablation phenomenon of precision fit, leading to the occurrence of failure.

2、Many operating errors

Due to the lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine (especially new operators), it is easy to cause malfunctions due to operational errors, or even brutal operation caused by mechanical accidents; or do not adapt to different brands of equipment operating methods, habits.

3、Leakage phenomenon occurs

Due to the loosening of the machine parts, vibration and the influence of the heat of the machine, the sealing surface of the machine and the pipe joints will appear leakage, part of the casting, processing and other defects in the assembly and commissioning is difficult to find, but due to the vibration and impact of the operation process, this defect is exposed, manifested as leakage (seepage) oil (water), therefore, the break-in period is prone to leakage.

4、Loosening occurs

Mining crawler truck newly processed and assembled parts, there are deviations in geometry and fit size, in the early stage of use, due to impact, vibration and other alternating loads, as well as the impact of heat, deformation and other factors, coupled with rapid wear and other reasons, easy to make the original fastened parts loose.

5、Fast wear speed

As the mining crawler truck new machine parts processing, assembly and adjustment factors, its friction surface rough, with a small contact surface area, the surface of the uneven pressure conditions. During the operation of the machine, the concave and convex parts of the surface of the parts are embedded in each other, and the metal debris from the grinding down continues to participate in the friction as abrasive, which accelerates the wear of the parts with the surface.
