(2) When you trigger the gearbox or transfer case handle to change the speed, you must first disengage the clutch, forbid the drive to change speed, wait for the gear speed to slow down before shifting, so as not to break the gear.
(3) Gear shift should be completely hung full, so as not to automatically slide gear damage.
(4) Check the running parts during operation, such as bearings, gearboxes and other temperatures should not exceed 60 ℃, such as overheating should be stopped to check.
(5) If the clutch is found to be hot or slipping, it should be stopped for inspection and the clearance of the clutch friction plate should be adjusted, and the clearance should be adjusted appropriately. If it is too tight, the clutch will not be joined; if it is too loose, the clutch will work in a semi-clutched state, which will cause the transmission torque to be reduced and the friction plate to wear out rapidly.
(6) Before starting the drilling rig, lift the drilling tool off the bottom of the hole, close the clutch, and then give pressure to drill after the rig is running normally.
(7) When using the hoist, it is forbidden to press down the left and right hand handles at the same time, or to tighten the hand handle combined with the foot brake at the same time; the winch should not be overloaded to lift the weight.
(8) Before starting a new drilling rig or a rig that has been stopped for a long time, the rig should run at 2 speeds for less than 20 min and wait for the gears and bearings to be splashed with lubricant before drilling normally.
(9) Lock the rig locking device before driving to prevent the rig from backing up due to vibration.
(10) The tachometer should not be reversed. If the rotator needs to be reversed, the flexible shaft of the tachometer should be removed to avoid damaging the tachometer.
(11) Do not move the manipulator handle during drilling and lifting.
(12) If abnormal noise occurs during the operation of the drilling rig, stop the rig to find out the cause and eliminate it.
(13) In the case of automatic brake, the operator must not leave, and if necessary, the cam should be stuck by the pawl.
(14) The brake belt should not be splashed with oil to avoid slippage.
(15) All hydraulic control handles cannot be used at the same time; after the gear oil pump is started, pay attention to the response of the oil pressure gauge and the pressure indicator gauge at the bottom of the hole. During the drilling process, when the pressure at the bottom of the hole needs to be increased or decreased, it should be adjusted gradually and should not be increased or decreased suddenly; when using the hydraulic system to quickly lift the vertical shaft (fast reverse rod), it should only be done under the original load to prevent damage to the machine parts.
(16) Manipulate the steel ball positioning valve, not too hard, should master the correct positioning point of each certain position. Manipulation of the spring-loaded automatic reset valve, should be pulled to the bottom, otherwise it is easy to cause pressure shock damage to the pressure gauge.
(17) In order to use the hydraulic system reasonably and ensure safe operation, the state of each actuator and the working pressure value should be within the required range.
(18) After using the water-cooled winch, drain the water and remove the rubber water seal and apply lubricating oil to avoid rusting of parts or freezing of the reel.
(19) Before moving the rig backward, take care to unlock the rig locking device.
(20) When the rig is not used for a long time, all exposed parts should be coated with lubricating grease to prevent rusting.
