1、No initial drive maintenance

2、Non-standard oil
The oil used in the new crawler transporter should not be lower than the standard number specified by the manufacturer.
3、Running under full load
A new vehicle or a newly overhauled vehicle running under full load will cause damage to the machine parts, so within the first 1000km, it cannot exceed 75%-80% of the rated load; an imported vehicle cannot exceed 90% of the rated load.
4、Remove the speed limiter in advance
The speed limiter is a throttling device between the carburetor and the intake pipe, so the driver should not take it off in advance, but should take it off after the initial 1000km, combined with the initial maintenance. Imported cars generally do not add speed limiter, completely rely on the driver's own speed control.
5、Emergency braking
Emergency braking of the crawler transporter not only shocks the brake system in the break-in, but also increases the shock load on the chassis and engine, so do not use emergency braking within 300km of the start of driving. If there is a sudden situation, you should also try to line down the clutch plate to reduce the impact on the engine.
6、The driver is careless and careless
After starting the crawler transporter, it should be warmed up in place and start again after the water temperature reaches the starting temperature, drive the Chinese medicine to choose a good road, keep driving at medium speed, avoid accelerating and braking sharply, the throttle should be small and the operation should be light, and also pay attention to the sound and temperature of the engine at any time.
7、High speed driving
There are speed regulations for new crawler transporters at the initial driving stage, and domestic cars are generally specified within 40-70km/h; imported cars are generally specified within 1000km at the beginning, and the speed does not exceed 80% of the speed when the throttle is fully open, and it is required to observe the engine tachometer and speedometer in use, so that the engine speed and speed are working at medium speed.
8、Do not shift gears in time
Driving should shift gears in time, can not use high speed low gear driving or low speed high gear driving, and do not use a gear for a long time.
