1. Clear the drill site with adequate construction space and good ventilation before installing in underground construction. Have a water source, power supply and sufficient length of water supply hose.

After selecting the drill site, the column is first supported, the top plate assembly of the column is supported at the top of the lane, the screws are adjusted to support it, and then the nuts are tightened to the nuts to lock and secure the column.

3. The frame is fixed to the column according to the height of the hole and the inclination of the hole. By adjusting the bolts of hoop 1, the frame can be mounted to the right height, and by adjusting the bolts of hoop 2, the frame can be The frame can be adjusted to the proper tilt angle.

4. Turn on the power and check whether the direction of the spindle is the same as the direction of the arrow on the gear box. Then rotate the handwheel to the neutral position and run under no load for 5 minutes, then rotate the handwheel to the forward (or retracted position) and the main engine forward (or backward) no less than three times. The rig should have no abnormal sound and move flexibly in the frame.

5. Install the drill rod and bit, connect the water source and power supply, and align with the hole. When opening the hole, first slowly rotate the hand wheel forward and gently connect the clutch, then when the drill body is completely drilled into the hole Tighten the clutch, but the force should not be too great. When drilling to the desired depth, turn the handwheel quickly in the opposite direction to stop the advance. Then tighten the handwheel backward and the main body will retract quickly. When the drill bit is completely withdrawn from the the hole, it will stop again. Otherwise, the drill bit and parts will be damaged. At this point, the handwheel will rotate to the neutral position.
