1、After it rains, clean the mud and weeds on the tracked transporters in time. Remove the exhaust pipe and clean the sewage mud inside the crawler chassis.

2、Remove the vortex chamber inlay, clean the impurities and unclog the main spray hole and starter hole blocked on the inlay. Remove the connecting rod nut, take out the piston connecting rod set for cleaning, and use copper scraper or bamboo stick to clear the carbon on the piston.

3、Clean the air filter. First clean the filter element with diesel fuel, then moisten it with engine oil, and assemble it again after the excess oil drips from the filter. Remove the cylinder head, take out the valve set, wash the mud, remove the rust spot and then grind the valve.

4、Remove the clutch of crawler truck, clean the parts with diesel oil, wash and dry them before installing. Release the gear oil in the gearbox, wash it with diesel oil and refill it with clean gear oil. Clean the mud on each ball head. Adjust the front wheel front beam value and the free turning angle of the steering wheel. Disassemble the brakes, clean the mud from the brake hub and brake pads, dry them and then install them.

5、Clean the mud inside the electrical equipment. Dry the coil for insulation and conductive performance inspection. Remove the mud on the battery pole pile, apply grease to the line card and pole pile. Unscrew the liquid filling hole cover, unclog the ventilation hole, clean the impurities in the battery with distilled water, wash it and add electrolyte to charge it.

6、Discharge the dirty oil in the fuel tank, clean the fuel tank, diesel filter and injection pump. Release the cooling water and flush the impurities in the cooling water with water until clean water comes out from the water release. Release the lubricating oil in the oil sump, clean the oil sump and filter with diesel oil.
