Crawler carriers, also called crawler transporters, and as the main force of transporting and handling equipment, crawler carriers bear a great responsibility. Then this article I want to introduce about the maintenance of some systems of the crawler carriers, I hope you can look at it with me.The maintenance points of diesel engine fuel system and cooling system of crawler carriers will come soon!
I. The main points of the maintenance of the diesel engine cooling system of the crawler carriers are as follows:
1、Check the coolant level of the crawler truck every day and add coolant when needed.
4、Check the coolant level every week and maintain the correct coolant level.
2、Check the concentration of antirust agent in the coolant every 250 hours and add antirust agent when needed.
3、Clean the entire cooling system every 3000 hours and replace with new coolant.
5、Check the crawler truck every year for pipeline leakage, detect the concentration of antirust agent in the coolant, and add antirust agent when needed.
6、Drain the coolant every three years, clean and flush the cooling system; replace the thermostat; replace the rubber hose; refill the cooling system with coolant.
II. The main points of maintenance of diesel engine fuel system of crawler carriers are as follows:
1、Every day before or during the running of the crawler truck engine, all valves in the fuel return line must be open to prevent high fuel pressure.
2、Ensure fuel is supplied to the crawler engine.
3、Check the fuel line joints for looseness and leakage.
4、Check if the fuel pressure is normal after starting the engine; fill the fuel tank after the engine stops running.
5、Drain water and sediment from the fuel tank every 250 hours.
6、Replace the diesel fine filter every 250 hours.
7、Drain the water from the oil-water separator and fill the fuel tank every week; check whether the fuel pressure is normal after starting the engine.
8、If the engine of crawler truck has not been started for several weeks, the fuel may have leaked out from the fuel system, so use the manual oiling pump to fill the engine before starting.
