The maintenance of hydraulic system is crucial for crawler transporters, the hydraulic system is a very important component, the normal operation of the hydraulic system is the fundamental guarantee for the reliable operation of machinery, qualified hydraulic oil is the basic condition for the reliable operation of the hydraulic system. The following points should be noted when using the hydraulic system of agricultural crawler transporter.

1、When cleaning the agricultural crawler transporter.
The cleaning oil must use the same grade of hydraulic oil as that used in the system, with the oil temperature between 45-80 degrees Celsius, and take away the impurities in the system as much as possible with a high flow rate. The hydraulic system should be repeatedly cleaned more than three times, and after each cleaning, all of it should be released from the system while the oil is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter and replace it with a new filter element and fill it with new oil. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled after blowing dry with high pressure wind.

2、When maintaining the agricultural crawler transporter.
When dismantling the hydraulic oil tank filler cap, filter cover, testing hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts, pay attention to the system oil channel when exposed to avoid dust, and open the dismantled parts only after cleaning them first. If the hydraulic tank cover is disassembled, remove the soil around the tank cover, loosen the tank cover and clean the debris left in the joint (do not flush with water to avoid water penetration into the tank), and confirm the cleanliness before opening the tank cover.

3、When refueling the agricultural crawler transporter.
The hydraulic oil must be filtered and refilled, and the refueling tool should be kept clean. The filter at the oil tank refueling port cannot be removed to improve the refueling speed. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil. Clean the filter at the same time when changing oil, and apply wiping material to carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter housing before installing the filter element.
