II. Pre-operation inspection:

III. Drilling operation procedure and unloading method:
1. When opening the hole, first drill with small impact power, propulsion force and low rotation speed to facilitate the positioning of the brazing head, (when dust removal is needed, give appropriate water to reduce dust) and then drill about 10 cm into the brazing head with full air door impact, and appropriately increase the propulsion force, increase the rotation speed, (when dust removal is needed, keep the air-water mixture in proper proportion), carry out normal rock drilling work, stop the air motor operation and stop sending air and water to the impactor after drilling a rod, insert the fork into the slot of the drilling rod of the brazier, make the air motor reverse, back the slide plate, disconnect the joint from the drilling rod, and then connect the second rod for drilling, and so on continuously.
2. Unloading method: The unloading of the drill pipe is semi-automatic, which is realized by the unloader, brazier, two forks and the reversing of the wind motor. IV. Operation should be noted:

3、Wash the impactor and wind motor with gasoline or diesel regularly and observe the damage of the motor blade.
4、Do not allow reversing when drilling and chiseling, so as to avoid disengaging the drill pipe.
5、When the machine stops working for a short period of time, give a small amount of pressure air to avoid the mud and sand from dipping into the impactor, and if it stops working for a longer period of time, the impactor should be mentioned 1-2 meters away from the bottom of the hole. If the work is stopped for a long time, the impactor should be fixed again at 1 - 2 meters from the bottom of the hole.
6. Pay attention to the sound of the impactor and the normal operation of the machine during the work, and stop immediately to check any abnormalities.
7、When adding new drill pipes, pay special attention to the cleanliness of the drill pipes to avoid sand and soil from mixing with the internal parts of the impactor and damaging the machine or causing a stoppage. (Generally, blowing and washing with pressure air several times is sufficient).
8、When there is water on the operating surface, use a large diameter drill bit to open the hole, then insert the casing and make the casing 100-200 mm long to prevent the slag mud from entering the hole.
V. Machine maintenance and lubrication:
1, at the end of each work shift, the machine must be cleared of dirt on the surface.
2、It is strictly prohibited to dismantle the work surface, (dismantled into components to facilitate the handling of the exception), so as not to lose another part and damage the key parts of another part.
3、Regularly add oil to the oil mister to ensure that the control valve, wind motor and impact apparatus have good lubrication.
4、Reduction box with calcium-based grease oil mixture lubrication, regular addition of lubricant, lubricant accounts for 1/3 - 2/3 of the box gap is appropriate to ensure the lubrication of the gearbox.

Common troubleshooting
I. Broken drill pipe:
1、Most cases of broken drill pipe belong to the friction between drill pipe and hole wall, so that the wall thickness of drill pipe is thinned and the strength is too weakened, and the drill pipe is broken.
2. Preventive treatment: Pay attention to check when adding drill pipe and stop using drill pipe with excessive friction.
II. Impactor does not sound:
1, There are four common situations: (1) the valve piece broken; (2) the brazier head tail broken broken ballast into the cylinder body stuck hammer body; (3) the exhaust hole is blocked by rock powder; (4) down chisel, hole water exhaust resistance, the impactor is not easy to start.
2, Processing methods: found that the impactor does not sound, first check the above four reasons; check the method is to lift the impactor a section, reduce the exhaust resistance, the water will be sprayed out part, and then slowly pushed to the bottom of the hole, if this method does not work, it is likely to belong to the first three reasons, the impactor needs to be removed to clean or replace another piece.
III. Stuck drill:
1、In addition to the complex stratum that can make the machine stuck in normal drilling, there are also the following reasons: ①. Brazing head broken wing; ②. The diameter of the new drill bit is larger than the original one; ③. The drilling tool is deflected in the hole due to the displacement of the machine when drilling; ④. The hole wall or orifice falling stones or encountering large fissure or cavity when drilling; ⑤. The rock powder cannot be discharged when there is a broken belt of yellow mud and debris; ⑥. Negligence in operation, when stopping drilling for a long time, not blowing the rock powder, and not lifting the drilling tool, so that the impactor is buried by the rock powder.
2、How to deal with it: In the current strength of the brazing head, the broken wing has been basically eliminated, once you encounter a special situation, you can first blow the rock powder at the bottom of the hole, and then use a seamless tube with a diameter of about the same diameter as the hole, filled with butter or asphalt, connected with the drill pipe and sent to the bottom of the hole, the broken wing at the bottom of the hole will be taken out, and when you encounter the last five kinds of stuck drill, the more serious situation is that the drilling tool can not lift, can not be put At this time, the only way to make the drilling tool rotate is to borrow extra torque or use auxiliary tools to help lift it, and then to give gas while lifting the drilling tool until the problem is solved. IV. Brazing head fragments, dropped corners, dislodged pieces:
1. When encountering the jumping of the drill pipe, it may be the exchange of rock changes or dropping into the stone block or alloy piece. Judging from the appearance, if the alloy piece is dropped, it is almost impossible to advance, and the jumping of the drill pipe is more rhythmically.
2、When it is confirmed that the alloy piece is dropped, the drilling tool can be lifted and the alloy block can be blown out by strong blowing method. If it happens that there is a fracture or a broken belt in the hole, the alloy can be squeezed into the wall of the hole in these places, and it can be removed without taking out, and the drill can be continued with a new bit.
