I. Maintenance of BZC series truck-mounted drilling rigs:
1、Make maintenance cycle table, determine the content of maintenance and the execution standard.
2、Reasonable arrangement of construction personnel and good estimation of maintenance workload.
3、Make a standardized guidebook for equipment maintenance.
4.Improve equipment maintenance records.
a. Regularly clean the equipment, charter the good operating environment of the equipment, timely handling of various problems and hidden dangers;
b.Regularly check the fastening bolts to prevent loosening and timely tightening;
c. Reasonable allocation of construction personnel, each of their respective duties, close cooperation;
d. Ensure that construction personnel are licensed to work, correct operation, and regular inspection.

II. CYT series drilling rig fault repair:
1、 Overhaul by professional technicians;
2、Construction of professional repair tools and negotiation of reasonable repair methods;
3、Improve efficiency while ensuring the quality of repair.
