Installation sequence of well drilling machine drillers
A, the order of assembly and disassembly
1, the decomposition of the parts in the following order: rotary device → winch → gearbox → power machine → other
2、Installation order and decomposition in the opposite order.
B, Precautions when assembling and disassembling
1, parts disassembly, should first remove the positioning pin and then other disassembly work, and installation should be in the position of alignment, first installed on the positioning pin, and then installed other parts.
2、The oil pipeline must be protected when disassembling the joint.
3、The oil pipeline joints should be disassembled as few times as possible to avoid oil leakage.
4, disassembly and installation is prohibited to hit the castings, hit other parts, should be padded with wooden blocks or purple copper blocks.
5, before installation, the parts must be cleaned with kerosene, wipe clean and coated with sufficient lubricant (or grease).
6, damaged or worn parts must be replaced.
7、When dismantling or replacing the bevel gear, the meshing clearance of the bevel gear must be adjusted accurately and the contact spot of the bevel gear must be checked, with not less than 40% along the tooth height and tooth length, and then filled with the appropriate amount of grease.
