1. Always pay attention to check the water and gas pipelines and whether the bolts and nuts of each accessory of the drilling rig are firm;
2. Pay attention to check the lubricating oil condition of the wind motor at all times.
3. When the working surface is submerged in water, open the hole with a large diameter drill bit and insert the drill pipe so that the drill pipe is exposed to the water surface for 1-2 meters to prevent mud and rock slag from falling into the hole.
4. The drilling rig should not be allowed to reverse at noon during drilling operations to prevent the drill pipe from falling into the hole;
5. When the drilling rig stops working for a short period of time, a small amount of pressure air should be given to avoid the intrusion of mud and sand into the interior of the drilling rig impactor; if the rig operation is stopped for a long time, the impactor should be lifted 1-2 meters from the bottom of the hole for fixing;
6. Pay attention to the sound of the impactor and the operation of the gearbox when working, and stop the rig immediately if abnormal sounds and phenomena are found, and carry out timely inspection;
7. When adding new drill pipes, pay attention to keep the hole clean to avoid mud and sand from mixing inside the drill impactor and damaging the drill rig parts;
8. At the end of each working shift, the dirt on the surface of the engineering drilling rig must be cleaned up in time, and major dismantling and unloading at the working surface is strictly prohibited, except for normal handling;
9. The drilling rig's drill pipe joint and reducer are lubricated with grease.
