How to maintain the hydraulic system of crawler dumper?

The hydraulic system is a very important part of the crawler dmuper. The normal operation of the hydraulic system is the fundamental guarantee for the reliable operation of the machine. Qualified hydraulic oil is the basic condition for the reliable operation of the hydraulic system. Therefore, for this equipment, the hydraulic system maintenance is crucial. Do you know how to maintain the hydraulic system?

There are many precision couples in the hydraulic system, if solid impurities invade the damping holes or parts gaps, will cause precision couples strains, oil channel blockage, etc., endangering the safe operation of the hydraulic system. General solid impurities invade the hydraulic system due to unclean hydraulic oil; unclean refueling tools; refueling and repair, maintenance carelessness; hydraulic components off chips, etc.. Solid impurities can be prevented from invading the crawler system from the following three aspects.

1、When refueling. The hydraulic oil must be filtered and refilled, and the refueling tool should be kept clean. Can not be to improve the refueling speed and remove the filter at the oil tank refueling port. Refueling personnel should use clean gloves and work clothes to prevent solid impurities and fiber impurities from falling into the oil.

2、When cleaning. Cleaning oil must use the same grade of hydraulic oil used in the system, oil temperature between 45-80 degrees Celsius, with a high flow rate as far as possible to take away the impurities in the system. The hydraulic system should be repeatedly cleaned more than three times, and after each cleaning, all of it should be released from the system while the oil is hot. After cleaning, clean the filter of the crawler truck, replace the new filter element and fill it with new oil.

3、When maintaining. When dismantling the hydraulic oil tank refueling cover, filter cover, testing hole, hydraulic oil pipe and other parts of the crawler truck, pay attention to the system oil channel when exposed to avoid dust, and dismantle the parts to be thoroughly cleaned before opening. If you remove the hydraulic oil tank cover, remove the soil around the cover, loosen the cover and remove the debris left in the joint (do not flush with water to avoid water penetration into the tank), and confirm the cleanliness before opening the cover. If you need to use the wiping material and hammer, pay attention to choose the wiping material that does not fall off the fiber impurities and the special hammer with rubber attached to the striking surface. Hydraulic components and hydraulic hoses should be carefully cleaned and assembled after blowing dry with high pressure air. Choose the genuine filter element with good packaging (the inner packaging is damaged, although the filter element is intact, it may also be unclean). Clean the filter at the same time when changing oil, and apply wiping materials to carefully clean the dirt at the bottom of the filter shell before installing the cartridge.
