Using the advanced technology, we provide the users with the agricultural tracked transporters with excellent performance, which can also be customized according to the customers' needs. In addition, the company also focuses on the research of agricultural tracked transporters and is committed to providing better services to everyone, so today we will share with you about how to maintain agricultural tracked transporters.
、Timely cleaning and cleaning. After the operation of agricultural crawler truck, the sludge stained on the wheels and tracks should be removed (cleaned) in time to keep the walking system clean, especially the oil seal device on the end of the supporting wheels should be cleared of mud, checked and maintained in time. In addition, pay attention to not to let oil, acid, alkali and other corrosive substances tarnish the rubber tires.
、Maintain normal tire pressure and track tension. Before using agricultural crawler truck, check carefully whether the tire pressure is normal (slightly higher in transportation operation, lower in field operation; slightly higher in winter, lower in summer), so as not to cause flat tire or burst tire. If the track is too loose or too tight, it will easily cause the track plate, track shaft and wheels to wear faster, so it should keep the appropriate tension.
, pay attention to the operating conditions. When operating in low-lying paddy fields, try to avoid getting stuck, and after getting stuck, take the method of traction and pushing to exclude, do not use the method of increasing the throttle (black smoke) to make the walking system adjustment idle. In the operation of dry land with sharp stubble and high stubble, prevent the tires from being stuck and the rotor shaft from being wound by the crop straw.
、Operate correctly and drive carefully. In the walking of agricultural crawler truck, care should be taken not to cross obstacles at high speed, not to turn sharply under heavy load; to drive at low speed on high and uneven roads, and avoid emergency braking as far as possible; when climbing a slope under heavy load or driving on muddy roads, the walking system should not be made to slip seriously.
、Check and adjust the positioning of the front wheel. When the front wheel of the agricultural crawler truck has too much camber and the front beam is very small, it is easy to cause partial wear in walking. The main reason is that the front axle bearing and sleeve are deformed by impact or the front axle telescopic sleeve fastening device is loose, which will make the front wheel positioning angle change, thus causing abnormal wear, therefore, in the process of use, the front wheel positioning angle should be checked frequently to see if it is appropriate and the front beam should be adjusted.
