1. Fast wear. Due to the new machine parts processing, assembly and adjustment factors, the friction surface is rough, the interview contact area is small, the surface pressure state is not uniform, accelerating the wear of the parts with the surface.
2. Poor lubrication. As the new assembly parts with small clearance, and due to assembly and other reasons, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the clearance, so the lubricant (fat) is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface, thus reducing the lubrication performance, resulting in early abnormal wear of parts.
3. Loosening occurs. Because of the newly processed assembly parts, the influence of heat, deformation, etc., and the rapid rate of wear, the originally tightened parts can be easily loosened.
4. Leakage occurs. Due to loosening of the machine, vibration and heat, leaks may occur in the sealing surfaces and couplings of the machine.
5. Operating errors. Due to the lack of understanding of the structure and performance of the machine, operating errors can easily lead to malfunctions and even cause operating accidents.

1. The operator must receive training, instruction from the manufacturer, a full understanding of the construction and performance of the drilling rig, and specific operating and maintenance experience in order to operate the machine. The manual provided by the manufacturer is the information required by the operator to operate the equipment. The operator must read the manual before operating the machine and operate and maintain it in accordance with the requirements of the manual.
2. Pay attention to the work load during the break-in period. The work load during the break-in period should generally not exceed 80% of the rated work load, and an appropriate work load should be arranged to prevent the machine from overheating caused by long hours of continuous work.
3. Observe the indication of each instrument frequently, stop and troubleshoot in time when there is an abnormality, and stop working before the cause is found and the problem is solved.
4. Please frequently check the position and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, cooling water, brake fluid, fuel oil (water), and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine. If the inspection reveals that the oil and water are too insufficient, the reason needs to be analysed. In addition, to strengthen the lubrication of each lubrication point, it is recommended to add grease at the lubrication point in each shift during the grinding period (except for special requirements).
5. The machine should be filled with lubricating grease before working on the reclaimer. This is because dirty water containing mud can easily enter and can wear out the bearings and reduce the sensitivity of the drill reclaimer. In order to keep the machine clean, loose parts must be adjusted and tightened in time to avoid increased wear of parts or loss of parts due to loose parts.
6. At the end of the break-in period, the machine should be compulsorily prepared, well checked and adjusted, and attention should be paid to oil changes. In addition, check the flow and oil quality of the fuel tank before work, and check whether the gear flow of each reducer is sufficient and the oil quality is normal.
7. Check whether there are cracks, corrosion, desoldering and other damages in the steel ball set part. Check whether the main and auxiliary wire ropes have broken silk and whether their connections are complete and safe.
