With the rapid development of China's mining industry, more and more large equipment is being used in actual production. However, due to the poor road conditions and harsh environment at the work site, how to move these equipment safely, effectively and quickly has become a subject of constant exploration for engineering designers. Crawler travel mechanism has the advantages of large traction force, low grounding ratio pressure, strong climbing ability and small turning radius, etc., which is widely used in the engineering field.
Components and technical requirements of the small crawler travel mechanism
The small crawler travel mechanism is an important part of the crawler truck, carrying the entire weight of the machine and the load. The main components of the crawler running mechanism are the guide wheels, tensioning device, crawler frame, supporting wheels, drive unit and crawler plates.
The walking function of the small crawler truck is realised by means of a hydraulic motor driving a planetary reducer, which eventually achieves torque output through the drive wheels. The hydraulic drive system must not only achieve different speeds under different working conditions, but also different turning radii under the necessary conditions, and at the same time ensure good safety and continuous working characteristics of the crawler.
Development of hydraulic system for small tracked transporters
(1) In order to save installation space and improve the reliability of the system, this hydraulic system is designed with a closed drive hydraulic system.
(2) Both sides of the tracks are driven by bi-directional variable motors, and the use of bi-directional variable motors can realize the forward and backward movement of the tracked transporters as well as the switching of driving speed under different working conditions.
(3) The hydraulic source is a bi-directional variable pump, which can achieve stepless change of the travel speed of the crawler.
(4) In the process of running the crawler truck, there will inevitably be transient shocks, so measures should be taken to avoid damage to the hydraulic system caused by transient shocks in the design process of the hydraulic system.
(5) In the process of crawler travel, there will inevitably be hydraulic oil leakage and hydraulic oil temperature rise, so in the process of hydraulic system design should be timely to the closed hydraulic system replenishment and cooling hydraulic oil.
